1. Cancellation Policy

2. Return Policy
- Return Window: You may initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Conditions for Return: Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or expired.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used food products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Refunds are provided only for approved returns that meet the conditions mentioned above.
- Processing Timeline: Once your return is received and approved, we will initiate the refund. The amount should reflect in your account within 36 hours.
- Refund Method: The refund will be credited back to the original source of payment (the same UPI or bank account used for the purchase).
